Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
- 500g blade steak
- 1/2 onion
- 6 mushrooms
- 2 tblsp GF* vegetable stock
- 2 teasp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup thickened cream
- shallots
Directions
Cut beef into thin strips and brown in pan with chopped onion. Add mushrooms, soup, stock (dry), tomato paste & water. Simmer 20mins then add the cream & heat through.
Serve with basmati rice and/or fresh vegetables. Sprinkle with fresh shallots & a splash of GF* Tamari Soy Sauce. Enjoy!
