Chicken Hotpot


  • 800gms chicken pieces
  • 2 teaspns GF cornflour + extra to coat chicken
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1tblspn GF soy sauce (Tamari)
  • 2 teaspns GF chicken stock
  • 30gms fresh mushrooms - sliced
  • 4 chopped shallots/green onions
  • 2 teaspns grated ginger
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 teaspn oregano
GF = Gluten Free Tamari is a Japanese Soy
Gluten Free Checken Hotpot


Coat chicken in corn flour, fry in oil until golden. Add mushrooms, shallots, grated ginger, garlic, oregano.
Toss over heat for 1 min.
Combine 2 teaspns cornflour, water, soy sauce and chicken stock. Add to chicken, stir until it thickens.
