Coconut Biscuits


Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups GF self raising flour
    (cookie flour)
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
GF = Gluten Free
Gluten Free Coconut Biscuits

Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F

Melt butter, add to other ingredients and mix well. Roll mixture into small balls and place on greased tray. Press with a fork.

Bake in moderate oven until golden brown. Approx. 10-12 mins.
