Nachos


Ingredients

  • Tostitos Gold Corn Chips
  • Fresh Tomato Salsa or Old El Paso Nachos Topping
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Olives
  • Avocado
  • Light Sour Cream
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce
GF = Gluten Free
Nachos

Directions

On a dinner plate spread out one layer of corn chips. Spoon dollops salsa over chips then layer with grated cheese. Heat in the microwave or under the grill for 2mins or until cheese melts.

Remove from heat & add layers of olives, sliced avocado, sour cream & then drizzle with sweet chilli sauce.

Tip - A great work lunch alternative for Celiacs. Always keep chips, salsa, cheese & a microwave near by & you will never go hungry.However be warned - everyone at work will try & eat your lunch
