Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- 24 crushed plain rice crackers
- 3 egg whites
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 teaspn vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
Directions
Beat egg whites until light and fluffy. Then gradually add sugar and vanilla. Fold in crumbed rice crackers and pecans.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 20-30 mins.
Cool in fridge, cover with whipped cream and top with grated chocolate.
