Roast Lamb Pizza


Ingredients

  • 1 Gluten Free pizza base
  • basil oil
  • fresh garlic - finely chopped
  • tomato paste
  • diced roast lamb
  • yellow pepper - sliced
  • spanish onion
  • cheddar cheese
GF = Gluten Free
Gluten Free Roast Lamb Pizza

Directions

Preheat oven to 230C. Lightly cook pizza base for 3 mins each side.Remove the pizza base, keeping the hot baking tray in the oven.

Drizzle pizza base with basil oil, then spread a thin layer of tomato paste over the base. Next layer then base with garlic, lamb, spanish onion, peppers then cheese, Place back in the oven on the hot tray and bake for 15min or until brown.

Serve with fresh salad.

Tips
- Using an already hot oven tray will help to cook the base more evenly.
- Reheats well the next day to make a great lunch.
- Add olives for extra flavour.
