Self Saucing Berries


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed raspberries, blackberries & strawberries
  • 1/4 cup castor sugar
GF = Gluten Free
Gluten Free Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Icing

Directions

Wash berries & remove any stems. Cut strawberries in half or to a similar sizes as the raspberries.

Sprinkle with sugar & let sit for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve over chocolate mousse & ice cream.

Tips:
- Mousse can be prepared a day ahead; cover & store in refrigerator until just before serving.
- Berries will last approx 2-3 days when stored in refrigerator in an air tight container.
