Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1 teasp curry powder
- 1 tblsp ketchup
- 1 tblsp GF worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 1 500g can tomato soup/puree tomatoes
- Salt to taste
- GF Spaghetti
Directions
Cook beef &onion until brown. Add curry powder, ketchup, sauce &soup. Simmer 30-45mins.
Serve with spaghetti &parmesan cheese.
Suitable to freeze.
Tips:
- Tomato soup = 1 can crushed tomatoes &2 tblsp tomato paste
- Try adding red wine, herbs or fresh tomatoes
