Spiced Honey Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten free self raising flour (cookie flour)
- 1 teaspoon bi carb soda
- 2 teaspoons mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 cup castor sugar
- 125g butter
- 1/2 cup honey
Directions
Mix Gluten Free flour, soda, spices and sugar in a bowl. Rub in the butter until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Pour warm melted honey into the flour mixture and mix to form a dough.
Roll into small balls, then coat the outside by rolling the balls in sugar.
Bake 8-10 mins at 200°C
