Sweet & Sour Meatballs
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 glove garlic
- 1 440g tin tomato soup
- 4 tblsp white vinegar
- 2 tblsp brown sugar
- 4 pineapple rings
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
Directions
Combine ground beef, onion & garlic then roll into round balls (about 1/2 the size of a golf ball). In large frypan add peppers, soup, vinegar, brown sugar and pineapple. Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. Add meatballs to fry pan and simmer approx 20-30mins or until brown and cooked through.
Serve over a bed of basmati rice.
